At MaXNET, information security and business continuity are more than technical requirements. They form a strategic set of management principles at the heart of our culture, intelligent solutions and operational processes.

To support the continuous development of its Information Security and Business Continuity Management Systems, MaXNET commits to the following principles:

• Proactively identify, analyse and control potential security and operational risks across AI development, data processing and service delivery.

MaXNET Personal Data Policy

At MaXNET:

• We obtain and process personal data in full accordance with the legislation of Türkiye and European Union member states, respecting individuals' fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the right to privacy.
• All our data processing activities fall within this policy. Its scope includes data obtained from any source, including the processing of ordinary and special categories of personal data relating to employees, job applicants, organisations we serve and suppliers.
• We take all necessary technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised or unlawful processing and maintain the highest level of protection, carrying out the related audits periodically.
• Our data processing follows the principles of fairness and lawfulness, with attention to accuracy and updates where necessary. We process data for explicit, legitimate and specific purposes, limiting it to what is relevant and proportionate to those purposes.
• We retain personal data only for the periods specified by applicable legislation or for as long as its processing purpose continues.
• We inform data subjects in accordance with our transparency obligations and respond carefully and promptly to their requests for information.
• We observe the legal restrictions on processing special categories of personal data and do not process such data without the individual's explicit consent, except where expressly permitted by law.
• We transfer data within the rules and limits established by legislation.
• We strengthen data security awareness among internal and external stakeholders and regularly communicate their legal responsibilities.
• We organise training to improve employees' technical and behavioural capabilities and strengthen their awareness of data security.
• We address data breaches under our internal disciplinary rules and promptly notify the Personal Data Protection Board of matters that entail sanctions or constitute an offence.
• Using process-based asset inventories and risk analysis, we continuously monitor data confidentiality, integrity, accuracy and access permissions.
• We commit to implementing, systematically maintaining and continually improving the Personal Data Protection Management System and providing all necessary resources.
